1. Our Knowledge: Wasted by not taking action with it.
ความรู้ของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องโดยการไม่ปฏิบัติตามที่ได้เรียนมา
2. Our Actions: Wasted by committing them without sincerity.
การกระทำของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องโดยการให้ปราศจากความบริสุทธิ์ใจ
3. Our Wealth: Wasted by using on things that will not bring us ajr (reward from Allah). We waste our money, our status, our authority, on things which have no benefit in this life or in akhirah (hereafter).
ทรัพย์สมบัติความมั่งคั่งของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องโดยการใช้ในที่ไม่ได้นำความโปรดปรานจากอัลลอฮฺ เราสูญเสียเงินทอง ตำแหน่ง อำนาจหน้าที่ ในสิ่งที่ไม่ได้ให้ประโยชน์ทั้งในโลกนี้และโลกอาคีเราะฮฺ
4. Our Hearts: Wasted because they are empty from the love of Allah, and the feeling of longing to go to Him, and a feeling of peace and contentment. In its place, our hearts are filled with something or someone else.
จิตใจของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องเพราะเหตุที่หัวใจของพวกเขาว่างเปล่าไม่มีความรู้สึกในความรักและความรู้สึกที่กลับไปสู่อัลลอฮฺ ความรู้สึกที่พึ่งพอใจและสันติภาพ แต่มันกลับแทนที่โดยบางสิ่งและบางคน
5. Our Bodies: Wasted because we don't use them in ibadah (worship) and service of Allah.
ร่างกายของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องเพราะเหตุที่เราไม่ได้ใช้ในการทำอีบาดะฮฺและรับใช้อัลลอฮฺ
6. Our Love: Our emotional love is misdirected, not towards Allah, but towards something/someone else.
ความรักของเรา เราใช้ความรักในทางที่ผิด,ไม่ไช่อัลลอฮฺแต่กลับเป็นบางสิ่งและบางคน
7. Our Time: Wasted, not used properly, to compensate for that which has passed, by doing what is righteous to make up for past deeds.
เวลาของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องไปโดยการใช้อย่างไม่รู้ค่า ชดเชยเวลาที่ผ่านไปแล้วโดยการกระทำที่เป็นความชอบธรรมเพื่อชดใช้ในการกระทำของเราในอดีต
8. Our Intellect: Wasted on things that are not beneficial, that are detrimental to society and the individual, not in contemplation or reflection.
สติปัญญาของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องกับสิ่งที่ไร้สาระที่เป็นอันตรายต่อสังคมและปัจเจกคน ไม่ได้ใช้ในการใคร่ครวญหรือการสำนึกผิด
9. Our Service: Wasted in service of someone who will not bring us closer to Allah, or benefit in dunyaa.
การรับใช้และบริการของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องในการบริการรับใช้บางคนผู้ซึ่งไม่สามารถนำเราเข้าใกล้อัลลอฮฺ หรือ รับใช้เพือผลประโยชน์บนโลกดุนยา
10. Our Dhikr (Remembrance of Allah): Wasted, because it does not affect us or our hearts.
ความจำของเรา สิ้นเปลื้องเพราะเหตุที่ไม่ได้ทำให้จิตใจของเราอ่อนลงจากความแข็งกระด่าง
